Believe it or not there is a lot of moving parts with generating a shirt project like this. We will do our very best to make this as easy as possible and keep things moving along as quickly as possible. To begin the process, please fill out the art request form in full. Any design ideas or basic elements that your Mess would like within the shirt design would be very helpful. In addition, please forward any electronic files that may help our team. We need you to take the lead as much as possible with your vision as it is your ideas that our design team will be putting together.
Below will be the expected steps working with us on a project like this:
We use an art intake form (attached). We will utilize this document and any files/sketches etc. that you can provide to pass to our art team for a review and quote on the art work portion of the project. The art fees can range from $35.00 for basic up to $150.00 for ground up designs. Art rendering will not start until the art fee is paid for.
Estimates can be worked on at any time. Our minimum garment order per design is 12. Each job we do is custom quoted. We can anticipate color variations in the design to be able to give you a general idea of estimated fees and associated costs. The typical costs associated with orders like this will be;
1. Cost of garments (See pricing guide for top 8) We have access to many more garment options. Let us know what you are looking for and we can custom quote for additional garment selections.
2. Sleeve Work (if applicable) Minimum of 12 garments. Short Sleeve and Long Sleeve pricing varies and set up fees apply to Short and Long Sleeve garments separately.
Example; There are 40 T-shirts getting an American Flag on the Right Sleeve and you also order 5 Hooded Sweatshirts. The Hooded Sweatshirts will need to be bumped to 12 or a combination of other long sleeved garments to make the 12, or the print will not be put on the long sleeve portion of the order.
3. Set Up Fees ($10.00 per color Front, Back and Sleeves (if applicable)
4. Taxes (local MD Non-Military only)
5. Shipping (if applicable) United States Postal Service 2-Day Priority is calculated for your order.
We will not place order into production until Art is approved and Final payment for order is completed.
Production time is typically three weeks, but can vary based on current schedule, complexity of design, and set up.
